This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Geico Legal Services, Inc. (“Geico”) and the individual (“Employee”) for the purposes of outlining the terms and conditions of the Employee`s employment in the legal department of Geico. This Agreement is effective as of the date of the Employee`s commencement of employment with Geico.

Geico hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with Geico, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Employee shall be employed in the legal department of Geico and shall perform such duties and responsibilities as assigned to Employee by Geico. |
2. Compensation |
Employee shall receive a base salary and benefits as determined by Geico. Employee`s compensation and benefits shall be subject to the policies and procedures of Geico as may be in effect from time to time. |
3. Confidentiality |
Employee acknowledges that, during the course of employment with Geico, Employee may have access to and become acquainted with confidential and proprietary information of Geico. Employee agrees to keep such information confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than in connection with Employee`s duties for Geico. |
4. Termination |
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice to the other party. Upon of employment, Employee return all company and in Employee`s possession. |
5. Governing Law |
