Legal Contract on Laws Against Gentrification
In consideration of the parties` mutual covenants and agreements, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
1. Definitions

2. Applicable Laws

However, numerous local and state laws and regulations have been enacted to address the adverse effects of gentrification, including but not limited to rent control ordinances, affordable housing requirements, and tenant protection laws.
3. Compliance Laws
Party 2 agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to gentrification in the performance of any activities that may contribute to the process of gentrification within the jurisdiction in which it operates.
4. Indemnification
Party 2 shall indemnify and hold harmless Party 1 from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or resulting from Party 2`s failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to gentrification.
5. Governing Law
